So so helpful and friendly. I go here every time I visit my parents in the area. The store looks quite small from the outside but it has so many sections of books (an upstairs and downstairs). If I have my toddler with me, I go to the back of the store where there is a wide range of childrens books. They also have a mini fish tank that he absolutely loves looking in. If I'm alone then I go to the food, art and travel section. I spend hours in there looking at all the amazing books they have available! I usually come away with at least two books, so if you're like me, make sure you ask for a Waterstones card or the stamp card as you can get discounts. Highly recommended.
They are really helpful and nice with the costumers. Lots of variety of books, lovely shop! :)

Cute, nice atmosphere. Small, but that doesn't matter much as I can spend hours here (and I have). I really enjoy the books available as it's a unique and eclectic collection. From Swedish interior design to world history to quirky colouring books, there's something for everyone, even the kids.
Lovely independent bookshop...great selection of books with good layout. Nice staff too. Also a small collection of nice art cards.

Fantastic book shop, huge variety of books in many many genres. The guy running the place clearly knows his stuff and was extremely helpful, even though I was throwing some very weird/niche topic areas. Would recommend just to walk around for half an hour! Real hidden gem!
Fantastic second-hand bookshop, something for everyone, different genres clearly marked. Very reasonable prices. Not to mention the friendly helpful staff/owner. Sadly one of the last bastions of the Brixton community that's been all but pushed out.
